Mud Bay In-store and Online Return Policy

 

While we hope you’re completely satisfied with the items you purchased, we’ll gladly accept returns of any product you tried that didn’t meet your/your pet’s expectations.
 
To make a return for an in-store, online delivery, or order-online-pick-up-in-store purchase, please bring the product(s) back to your local your local Mud Bay along with the following:
 

  1. The original in-store purchase receipt, or order confirmation email
  2. A valid state driver’s license or identification card
  3. The original form of payment used for the purchase/order.

 
If you do not have your original receipt, or the matching form of payment with you, we will be happy to issue a refund for store credit.
